Can I cancel my membership?
Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrollment. There are no cancellations, refunds or prorating if you choose to cancel. Defender will not auto-renew your membership upon expiration. We will give you a 30-day advance notice of your expiration date.
Is my membership transferable?
No, your membership (and any associated discount) is tied to your personal account with Defender.
