Boater of 50+ yrs from
Works for me.
I have owned the same 40' boat over 25 yrs. Have only used CSC from day one. Scraped a few barnacles here and there but never had to do anything more than scuff if it up. No real sanding !
( Normaly never do reviews)

Long life
10 years since my last haul out and still had bottom paint very pleased. Fresh water withstood all seasons in the Midwest. 32’ power boat. Hoping the product is the same quality as it was 10 years ago.

It is formulated as an ablative paint. Sorry

What is the approx. coverage, square foot per gallon?
Haven’t calculated square foot coverage but 4 gallons covers two coats on my 45’ sportfisher with enough to spare for any touch-ups. My beam is 15’ if it helps.

Can this be put on in the fall and then not launched till spring?
Yes. I am hauled out and on dry land storage 7 months a year. I apply new csc every 3 years.

I have 34ft Mainship trawler in Wellfleet Harbor - very brackish water and in the mud at low tide. Boat is in the water 4 months a year will this paint as a multiyear antifouling pant? Application will be 3/8 nap roller
yes... i believe it will. Incidentally... I'm on my 3rd season with the last coating / application but i'm diving and scraping it every other month to keep it clean. The cost to haul it and repaint it has gotten out of control. I'll gladly keep diving and cleaning another year if it works.
