Description
The Vetus NLP waterlock mufflers dual stage construction provides superior silencing of exhaust noise with minimal back pressure. The rotating top section and connections make instillation easy even in confined spaces.

Easy instal, very effective!
Easy install, and seriously quieter. I have larger version on my twin lehmans and they are very, very quiet.

Great product let down by little details
Bought this from Defender in 2007. Has worked well with my yanmar since. I fully expected the plastic to become brittle after all this time but it hasn't - Vetus did a fantastic job engineering their plastic on this - no cracks or crazing, nothing broken. What is incredibly frustrating is that Vetus skimped on the little screws that hold the flanges together - they are clearly 304 not 316 ! In an environment of hot salt raw water ! All need replacement. So kudos to Vetus on another great product but two stars off for missing important details. If I were to buy again I would either heavily tef-gel screws before installation or replace with 316.
