Product never arrived.
Ordered a part online. My credit card was charged. I did not receive a confirmation email of the order nor did I receive a shipping notice. I never received the part I ordered. Customer service said the USPS showed it was delivered despite the fact I did not receive it.
They wouldn't help me sort this out.
