Vitrifrigo's C115IXD4X-1 OCX2 Refrigerator / Freezer is designed for the rigors of the marine environment and ensures food stays cold while traveling. This stylish appliance features a new square edge door design with Steelock positive latch handles. The single section, stainless steel fitting frame allows the fridge to be securely fixed either with the door flush or proud and it has integrated vent slots to improve air flow and the efficiency of the cooling unit behind.

Vitrifrigo OCX2 Refrigerator/Freezer cycles on/off
I've been using this unit for a few months, and not sure what to think about it. It holds temperature well, but it is constantly cycling on and off ... 70 secs on and 80 seconds off, over and over and over. I was concerned about this, so I called Vitrifrigo customer service ( warrantee and repair line), and after 2 days I got to speak with someone. He told me that it was OK and that had 2 of these exact models and they worked great. I still don't feel good about this and wonder how long it will last..( probably until 2 days after the warrantee expires}.

Nice looking and functioning refrigerator and freezer combination. This our second one replacing 2 in our boat. Would recomend.

Vitrifrigo Refrigerators are top shelf quality
Was delivered to my front door by a conscientious trucking company that was polite and considerate in getting the bulky item off the truck and into my garage. There was no sign of damage or physical stress to the shipping box. Upon opening the box , it became immediately apparent that all those involved in the construction of the unit and with the subsequent shipping were far above what one would normally expect in today’s lackluster commodities markets! The unit was pristine in condition and came with suitable information and installation instructions. Tested the unit prior to installation and found no issues whatsoever. The unit has replaced a 13 year old 3 way RV refrigerator. Have put it to the test during a week of spring camping. Worked flawlessly with both the 110 volt and 12 volt options. Freezer and fridge were always at peak performance ranges. I am truly impressed with the quality of the unit and my experience with DEFENDER MARINE! If you’re in the market to replace worn out RV equipment and/or parts, always consider first substituting with a marine type item. The quality is almost always above and beyond that of the mediocre RV industry.
