Description
The Trident Marine 1300-7708.2-KIT is a 12V DC Low-Pressure Brass Solenoid Kit that connects between a low-pressure propane regulator outlet and reducing hex nipple.
Features:
- Connect supply line hose to outlet port of solenoid with 90° flare elbow
- Will not open with high pressure, and closes automatically with no or low electric current
- Connects between Low-Pressure propane regulator outlet and reducing hex nipple

replaced an old rusted solenoid
Had no issues with replacing this. I did use one of the original fittings b/c I needed 2 90 degree fittings w/the way mine is set up. Works like it's supposed to. It does get warm, but states it is supposed to when in use.

Not appropriate for marine use
Low resistance to corrosion makes this solenoid inappropriate for marine use. My last solenoid lasted less than three months.
