Great customer service experience.
We all know this is a top-notch product and that Defender has the best price. Now to share some about Defender customer service. My package was shipped via USPS and was delayed or lost for several days. When I contacted customer service at defender about the situation, they immediately initiated a replacement to be shipped. This was much appreciated. Kudos to their customer service. Cheers

Excellent Hose to replace OEM.
Needed to replace a cracked 12 yo hose. Trident Hose replaces the standard black sanitation hose that probably came installed by default on your boat. Ordered 20 feet - had a 14 foot run from the head to the holding tank. Hose has very good flexibility around corners and easy to work with. Cuts with standard hose cutter. Just watch the Barb when you cut the hose (cut parallel, then cut perpendicular for no issues). Trident also provides great support if you have questions about the hose. This is also resistant to antifreeze for you North East folks. Advice - order a few feet more than you think you need.
