It works
IF you start with a freshly sanded deck, clean & dry, this stuff goes on clear like boracol. Does need a full day to dry. Prevents mold, mildew and deck graying for 2-3 months. Makes stains and spills clean easier too. I will use again.

Can this product be used over a water based stain
