Questions
What are the inside dimensions?
The internal dimensions are about 1/2" smaller than the outside dimensions. The walls of the box are about 1/4" thick.

How does the box attach to the dock so it does not blow overboard?
Usually dock boxes have holes drilled into the bottom for this task. If not, you will have to drill your own. Common and not a big job. Be sure to use a washer on each screw inside the box to distribute the load.
