Great Protection for Small Boats
This fender is perfect for my Boston Whaler 150 Super Sport. Though these modern Sports have much higher freeboard than the Classics, they still can sneak under the sides of some docks. The “L” shape both gives some topsides cushion and keeps the fender in place. The quality is pure Taylor Made, and will be the last time I have to buy this fender (unless lost or stolen!).

Fender Perfect
This was perfect for our Boston Whaler 130. The size and rounded top makes it easy to throw over when docking.

Bass boat bumpers
I haven’t had a chance to try these out yet so I can’t share an actual use review. They look good and at this time I believe that these should definitely help eliminate the above freeboard rubbing issue. I bought the standard type of bumpers when I first bought my new boat last year. The first time I used them at the lake, I found out really quick that those were not going to work. There my boat was, banging against the dock because those standard bumpers were hanging on the side and no protection above freeboard. So guess where my boat was hitting the dock, on top of the freeboard. After searching the internet, I found these. I have a red bass boat and wanted red bumpers and Defender was one of the few companies that sold the red bumpers and they definitely had the best price. Ordered them right away.
