Can this be mounted horizontally, or will it leak if water gets on top?

What color is the finish on this item? In one picture it appears bronze/brass, another it is stainless, and the third it shows them on the floor and wall and they look to be both colors.
The Taco F16 latches are made from 316 Stainless steel with a polished finish. Any color variations in the images are due to lighting, resolution, formatting etc..

Does the latch arm rotate through 360-degrees or have user-adjustable stops or is it limited by design to 90-degree rotation?
Hello,
The handle does have stops but the latch itself is threaded and can be positioned as needed for depth and direction.
