Does this come with mounting hardware (bolts and nuts)?
No. And not practical. The manufacturer, and retailer, do not know how thick substrate is (usually the deck) that the padeye is being bolted to. And whether or not a backing plate is installed, and how thick that backing plate is. The installer must determine the correct length of fasteners.
