Good product, but not for us.
The product is of high quality and well made. However, the bulk of piece made it impossible for our purpose. The snubber needed to pass thru our chain roller opening while attached to the chain. The snubber was WAY to large to pass when perpendicular to the opening... So, a nice piece of hardware, but not for our boat.

Danger, use at your own risk.
Bought 2 of these for 3/8 chain in 2021. Finally had a chance to use it on my anchor bridle here in May 2024. So maybe thwy have fixed it ;-) i was backing down on my anchor, which was skipping on the bottom. As soon as the anchor found a set, this snubber bent in half and anapped off the chai like a gunshot, slinging the bridle towards my spouse on the bow. Luckily, she was not injured. This pathetic piece, which absolutely is NOT stainless steel, was by far the weakest link in the ground tackle. Too late to get my money back, but worth it to share my experience.

Perfect fit!!
This anchor chain hook is perfect for my 31ft sailboat. This particular size fits the 3/8 chain like a handshake from an old friend. I made a bridle rope that oversized the holding capacity. It is without a doubt an excellent choice. Ensure you match your boat size with hook. You won’t be sorry.
