Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not buying Standard Horizon again I bought an HX890 five years ago. It stopped charging about a year later, so I sent it back to to be repaired. In the past four years I have had trouble getting it to charge in the charging cradle, and then it stopped charging completely. After talking with Standard Horizon tech support, including the supervisor: Out of luck. Being an electronics engineer, I opened it up and discovered the half "baked" repair which has been causing me charging problems for four years. When I spoke with them about the shoddy repair they just said four years, what do expect? Well I expect far more, at the very least an honest repair job. In general, note the ragged edges and poor quality of the printed circuit board. Chalk this purchase up to live and learn. Time to try another brand.
