The Sierra Mercruiser Carburetor 18-7375N is a direct-fit replacement designed for 1998-2004 Mercruiser 5.0L MCM engines. Flow-tested across the full throttle range, it delivers smooth performance with preset fuel mixture and idle settings for easy installation. Built from new castings, it includes a base gasket and replaces select OEM Mercruiser carburetors.
