Secure locking is a big selling point. The competitors twist lock extension handles too often don't hold tight. My first mate (wife) insisted on this item

Update please
Great product and great selection of products. Retail experience is nice but I miss the warehouse experience and spring commissioning sales. For the love of God, please update or replace the point of sale equipment...there is absolutely ZERO reason that every scanned item should take a minute or more to load.
