Defective
I purchased this in the store back on April 16. I have used it 3 times and now it only operates at the 5th and 6th speed. Anything slower and it does not operate. I have to send it in for repair or replacement. But by the time I either receive a new one or they repair it, I will have lost so
Much time. I would have done better with a cheap Amazon model. This may have been something that was previously returned to engender and they just put it back on they shelf. I have no proof of that but I did notice the wrench that was in the kit was the wrong size for the model 3100 and the box had been opened. I would love to bring it back to defender but I cannot find my receipt and only have my credit card transaction.
