Works like the instructions said.
I used Semco Teak Sealer on my pilot house floor. It was very easy to use. I sanded the teak, vacuumed up the dust, then used 2 coats of the teak sealer. The color looks great and it repels water just like the instructions said it would. I would highly recommend.

I use this as is right over last years coat after a light grit sanding. No varnish or topcoat. It looks great and wears well. Protect adjoining areas with tape or paper. Apply with rag or foam brush.

SEMCO is amazing!!
SEMCO two part teak cleaner was easier to use than expected, produced better results than expected, and clean up was a breeze! SEMCO removed all the embedded dirt from the previous season without destroying or compromising the integrity of the teak sole.
