Made from UV-resistant ABS with stainless clamps and a watertight design, it delivers a precise viewing angle while protecting electronics from the elements.

Description
Seaview's Sailboat Instrument Pod SP5S is designed for mounting chartplotters, radar displays and navigation instruments on standard 9.5" and 12" pedestal guards.
Features:
- Fits the majority of steering systems from Jefa, Whitlock and Edson and can be custom tailored for other systems
- The back of each box has a continuous radius that matches up with the unit's stainless steel pod clamps for a precise viewing angle
- Polished stainless steel clamps supplied with (3) rubber inserts to fit 1", 1.125" and 1.25" rails
- Housing made from UV-resistant ABS material and secured with tamper-proof screws
- A watertight gasket prevents water from entering the pod while a GORE-TEX vent lets hot air escape
- Up to two (2) optional accessory pods (sold separately) can be added for optimal setup
