SeaTeak Dorade Box - 60310 Item # 882380
Description
The SeaTeak® collection from Waterbrands® uses only responsibly harvested and legal teak in its products. The dorade box is to keep water out of a ventilation opening. By mounting a cowl vent on top rain or spray gets diverted out the bottom while the air flows through the to the space below.
Features:

- Free from knots, pinholes, stains and sapwood
- Made from fully-aged teak wood
- The wood is sent through a kiln-drying process so moisture levels remain low to prevent warping or cracking

Nice thick teak wood.
Nice thick teak wood and its not a huge deal but 2 things I would wish were different 1 is the joinery just held together with glue and very small screws and the plugged. 2 would be the drain cutout on the bottm sides they were not in the same spot as needed for my application luckily they were taller than my original boxex so I was able trim the bottom off and it worked out but for the price you couldn't build them from scratch yourself. Just be aware that you will probably have to modify for your application
