Is Barnacle Buster a stand alone barnacle protector or just a primer that needs paint ? Can it be applied over zinc paint in good condition?
Barnacle buster is not designed as a stand alone product. This is a base primer that would require an addition product, like the SeaHawk Smart Solutions, over it. This product is designed to be applied on bare metal. It is not recommended to be applied to a painted surface.
