Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works OK. Not durable. Ordered as a replacement. We have three of these on our cruising sloop. They are good as vents; the soft plastic is safer if stepped on, but wish they where made from better quality material -- three stars because the plastic develops a gooey, stained and uncleanable surface. Count on needing replacements every few years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk Junk. As numerous other people have pointed out the outside breaks down first season and makes a really sticky glue that does not come off and looks nasty. Defender should not even sell this product. Complete waste of money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit Perfect fit for replacement of the original 17 year old cowl vents. Candidly, a little pricy for what they are, but it’s a boat so what can you do.
