The Sea-Dog 040108 Galvanized Dock Cleat is an open base cleat with a large base for even load distribution. It's designed for smaller recreational vessels and docks and it's made of hot dipped galvanized cast iron. This cleat is not recommended for large boats or for use in commercial applications.
