The Scanstrut Cable Clam / Deck Seal is a waterproof seal that is available as a vertical or horizontal entry cable seal. They fit a wide variety of cable diameters and are available in various profiles. They have a strong, impact-resistant design and captive nuts in the base make them easy to assemble.

Deck Seals from Scanstrut are best quality and easy to install. The come with multiple standard size bungs and even a blank I can drill to fill odd size cables. Scanstrut makes it easy.
