Do you have a replacement cap for the deck connection to the Raymarine 2000 tillerpilot?
No, but I still have the original cap. The cord connection for the Tillerpilot is definitely a point of failure. The tiny screws that connect to power on the backside of the plug can come loose. Tighten, make sure there’s a strain/weight relief on the power line to the backside of the plug and use electrical grease.

What is the weather resistance, salt water intrusion rating for Raymarine ST2000?
I checked and couldn’t find any actual ratings but I can say that I’ve had mine for over two years with a lot of saltwater exposure and it’s working as good as ever. I’m using it with an Axiom display and a p70s controller which solves all my navigation issues.

what exactly comes in the box?
Tiller pilot and basic mounting hardware. If you have special mounting requirements, you may need optional mounting accessories such as offset arms or Tillerpilot extender. Raymarine Tillerpilot has more mounting options/accessories than competitive model.
