Best Service.
My original filter leaked upon installation. Defender promptly sent a replacement as they decided on crediting it or not. I was very happy when i was told the defective filter would be credited and it was not necessary to go thru the return process. This is the kind of Admirable service all Dealers should provide - but they don't !!
