Strong/solid, could be longer?
Solid and well made, but could be a bit longer to allow more torque, especially if trying to loosen stuck windlass. I tried the Lewmar version of this tool which was longer but plastic, and it felt like it might break if moderate/heavy force was used. This Plastimo SS model is far superior.

Questions
Hi, I don't see in the previous comment the diameter of the "star." The one I need has to be 1 inch.
The diameter of the star measures 7/8" point to point.

What is the size of the star? My Lewmar windlass has the smaller star socket and the first wrench I purchased had a bigger star that did not fit my windlass. Thank you!
The size of "the star" also fits the fuel and water filler, as well as the windlass, and deck hatches.
