Description
Plastimo's high resistance flexible water tanks are reliable, practical and low cost solutions to the storage of fresh water on board. They are flexible, light and form-fitting, and can therefore be installed where it would not be possible to install a rigid water tank, due to the shape of the boat or difficult access.

- Double envelope principle makes maintenance easy, as the inner chamber can be easily removed from the outer envelope for routine cleaning and examination
- Slightly oversized inner water chamber exerts pressure on the sides of the outer shell rather than on the seams
- Welded non-porous tasteless PU water chamber (inner bladder) inside a tough nylon envelope, for complete watertightness and resistance to tearing and abrasion
- Designed for fresh water only - Not recommended as a Gray Water or Waste holding tank

Easy Install of Plastimo Flexible Water tank
The Plastimo Retangular Flexible Water tank was a very easy install. I followed the manufacturer's directions and there was not plastic or foul taste in the water.

Is it potable safe/drinking water safe for camping?
This tank is for potable water, AKA safe to drink, but I would not use this tank for camping unless it is car/truck camping as you won't be able to lift it when full.
The tank is 26.4 gallons. A gallon of water weighs 8.34 pounds. A full tank will weigh over 220 pounds.
There are small water bladders with handles designed for camping available at many stores.

No - per Plastimo they are a barb style fitting.

are these bladders NSF 61 potable drinking water certified?
Per Plastimo they are not as they are manufactured in Europe, they have a different rating system which is not NSF61
