Unit Confusion? Newtons?
Why rate it in an, when climbing gear is rated in KN (kilo-Newtons). All my carabiners are rated at 20 KN. For example, when on earth, my feet exert a force of about 1 KN. Much easier to deal with!

Questions
What size sailboat are they for
I have a 33ft boat and they were fine. Maybe 3 feet left over. You don't want them to go to the stern. You want them to end so your personal jackline limits your range to the stern, not past.
