Pettit Tuff Coat 2-Component Water-Based Epoxy Primer - White

Pettit's Tuff Coat Primer is a two component water-based epoxy primer/sealer that promotes adhesion between Tuff Coat™ and fiberglass, gelcoat, concrete, wood or painted surfaces.
