Damaged product shipped as new.
Product was received looking like it had been beat up significantly. Was so dented there would be no way it could be used in an automatic shaker. Packaging was in good shape indicating that the beat up can had been damaged before packaging and was just sent as is. Customer service was argumentative and claimed they never ship damaged products but this one was clearly damaged before packaging. Will never purchase another product from Defender.

Questions
I know this shouldn’t be applied over ablative, But my current bottom ablative doesn’t rub off even in the water(salt)I’m going to try it in 1/2 of the bottom of my sailboat.
We just applied HRT to an unknown ablative and it appears to be fine after sanding the first layer of ablative (wipe down should not produce very much of the old ablative on the cloth). We then applied a Interlux tie/primer coat and then two to three layers of HRT

Is this ablative? If not, can you apply directly over ablative?
This is a Hard Coat paint and should not be applied on top of ablative paint
