Good product, poor delivery time for in stock item
Chain is always a challenging purchase due to it's weight. The product was shipped quickly but then got stuck in route due to a third party shipper. I did not receive my item for almost two weeks due to delay. Part of what makes Defender's great is their prompt service. This was an exeption to my general experience with Defenders
