The Orion Safety Products Handheld Inland Locate Kit meets both visual and audible USCG requirements. It includes a variety of signalling devices including handheld flares, safety whistle, smoke signal, horn and signal mirror. All items are packaged in a hi-vis neoprene storage case that floats.

Included:

• (3) Handheld Eco-Friendly Red Signal Flares: Provide a dynamic, unique flame with a brightness up to 950 candela that will burn up to 3 minutes. They exceed U.S. Coast Guard requirements for brightness and burn time. These flares have an environmentally friendly formulation that doesn't contain any perchlorate (No PC). They can be easily disposed by burning on land, leaving no harmful residue.
