Description
MAS Epoxies Medium Hardener is a polyamine blend intended for moderate reactivity and resistance to amine blushing.
Features:
- Optimized for composite wet lay-up, hardware and secondary bonding, moisture-exclusive coating and surface fairing
- Gels and sets quickly enough to avoid draining and sagging while still allowing ample flow time for controlled application periods
- Especially useful when "overnight" sandability is more important than continuous laminating and open time
- Moderate pot life, gel, and thin film set times provide advantages when fileting and fairing
- Provides a smooth, void-free finish with great resistance to milking-out during application and fogging in critical clear-coating applications
- Cure speed may be adjusted by the addition of MAS Fast or MAS Slow hardeners
Handling characteristics:
- Mix ratio: (2) parts resin : (1) part hardener

How long is the cure time for the MAS Medium Hardener mixed with MAS LV resin? Also, how long should you wait between multiple applications of this epoxy?
I have found that at temp. between 50 and 65 degrees the working time is 45 minutes to an hour. I have always waited 24 hours between coats with a light sanding between coats.
