Description
Bristol Finish's Traditional Amber urethane is a high-performance polyurethane varnish replacement that provides the finest, most long-lasting coating available - with low maintenance required.

The best for maintenance free teak
I use to use Honey Teak out of Fla. with great results and I no longer available. Looking for a replacement and found this and compared. They are almost identical. I have been using the Bristol for the last 10 years and it really holds up great. I have teak hand rails on the cabin and after 10 years I did a maintenance coat only because I had them off. All my teak trim and cabin doors are finished with this product and they hold up year after year with any maintenance and all this I outide and exposed to the elements from April through November. Follow instructions it I very easy to work with.

So far it is the best varnish I have used. Hopefully it will hold up after a couple of seasons

Questions
is this product good for redoing cabin floors...if not what is a good product for that
From the manufacturer's website product page: "Suitable for fine furniture yet tough enough for gymnasium floors (exterior/interior)". And, from the manufacturer's application guide: "Surfaces to be coated must be clean, dry and smooth. BRISTOL FINISH may be applied on bare wood, epoxy saturated wood, over wood stains, sealers, and over existing varnish or Cetol if the finish is in good condition. Old coatings in poor
condition must be removed."
