I had a leaking hatch cover from a previous owner who it appears tried to change the seal. After taking the hatch off I could not separate the two sides from corrosion. After all of the efforts of removal and trying to get new seal on, it was a joy to receive a new hatch cover and install it in 20 minutes perfectly. What a relief! I didn't love the cost, but after I got over that it was all sunshine and roses.

I am looking for a 19 1/2 by 19 1/2 cut out hatch
Hello,
The closest Lewmar hatch would be the size 60 with a 19 15/16 x 19 15/16 cut out or you could look at the Bomar 100 Series Cast Aluminum Hatch - C139MED-STD-B with a 19 7/16" x 19 7/16" cutout depending on how accurate your measurement is.
