Nice upgrade!
This Lewmar shift & speed single-lever control seems much better engineered than the Morse unit it replaced. Only time will tell whether it better resists salt and weather, but I expect it will stay smooth and positive longer. Note that it installs BEHIND its supporting surface, with only the handle exposed, unlike Morse controls that install through a large cut-out. (I used a piece of 1/8" stainless to cover the cut-out and provide a mounting surface.)

Exact part that I needed
The ordering process with this company is a little bit complex and that their fraud protection process is a little bit too involved over a relatively inexpensive item. However, that being said the item arrived in a timely way and was the exact fit for my application.

Great replacement
This is a quality mechanism that replaced an old Morse control unit. My mechanic did some extra work making a new mounting plate. After install it's attractive, sturdy, I would purchase again
