Works great -- low resistance and has kept water from backflowing for a month so far.

Questions
Can this go into discharge line?
The check valve contains a rubber flap to prevent backflow. Depending on what you are discharging, it should work fine. I would hesitate to use it in an application where the discharge contains solids that might get stuck around the flap and prevent it from sealing. I am using mine after a bilge pump to prevent discharge from flowing from the hose back into the bilge after the pump switches off. So far it's been fine.
