Freezer issues, makes Freezer unusable
Product freezer overfreezes, accumulates ice, breaks door, makes strange sounds, struggles to operate.

Customer service is horrible
Frost from freezer broke the door off and has accumulated to the point that you can barely put a bag of peas inside. Wrote to Defender at least 10 times. Nothing was done about. I'm ripping it out and replacing with a RecPro.
