I have a wood hull with good paint that is just beginning to fail. What are your surface prep requirements?
Don't use this paint for your hull. It is for use above the waterline.

Toplac Plus does not require sanding between new coats.

Will Toplac Plus paint be durable for the white boot stripe which is above but near the water line and above my boot bottom paint on a new wood boat with fiberglass epoxy encapsulation followed by the recommended primer coats?
Toplac did great on boot stripe, interior repaint. Holds up well, shines. Absolutely terrible on painting a mast. Runs, poor coverage, chips easily. That was a poor choice in paints for a mast.
