Wrong product shipped, required to pay to return
I was a bit upset when my order was delivered... I needed the product the day it came in and was sent the wrong color. Couldn't wait another week so drove 65 miles to West Marine to pick up the correct color.
When I contacted support and told them the order showed the correct color, the packing slip said it was the right color, but was obvious if someone looked at the can it was not "Flag Blue"... told them I wanted to just return the product as waiting another week was not acceptable. What angered me over Defender's mistake is I was required to go to a UPS Store to drop off the wrong product and also get charged a shipping fee.
Not saying I won't buy from Defender... only that this experience was not good. Support was rather snappy and did nothing to rectify their mistake - cost me an hour-and-a-half in time, 45 miles worth of gas, $12.58 to return the product, and couldn't use what I ordered.

Impressive results
Rolled on with foam roller. No tipping. Good finish. No fish eye after second coat. No sanding between coats.

Good substitute for Brightside
I was surprised at how well it went on. We were Bright side fans, and we were worried about switching from poly to alkyd. Shouldn't have worried. Good shine.

Excellent one part light gray paint
Replaces old Seattle Gray color pretty closely. We use the gray (hmmm Platinum) as an accent for the white on our hull. Requires some upkeep but good finish.
