Not for all FG110 Tillers
Before purchasing this item, check your tillers tine drive shifter for 2 holes. One of them is currently occupied with the coder/locking pin holding the tines on. Remove both tines from one side and see if you have a second hole in the shaft closer to the center. If you 2 holes in the shaft this WILL work with your tiller, if you only have one hole this will NOT work with your tiller.
The return process with Defender was both problematic and very slow. Got the return label and the return shipping was fairly normal. The problem started with the return inspection and need for consistent follow-up with their customer service reps. Received email stating not all parts were return and refund was denied. It took over 3-weeks, multiple CS reps and multiple phone calls and emails to finally get them to recheck the shipping box, where they found the “missing part”. They withheld a $270 refund for a $3 part that they had all along. Refund was finally process.
While their communication was cordial, their lack of detail and follow-up made this a horrible experience.
