Fire the person who designed this.
This is the only buoy holder that accommodates my large horseshoe, but it's clamp mechanism is overly complex (4 parts) and requires three hands to hold while installing, otherwise you risk losing a $35 replacement part overboard. No, really, i'm not exaggerating the risk of losing a part overboard if you try to install it by yourself. It's of high quality and well engineered but whoever approved this design didn't realize that most boat rails hang over the water. If you drop a part, it's gone.
