These davits are a light weight, strong, made of 304 stainless steel and represent the "State of the Art" for styling and function.

- Nova Lifts come standard with 1" rail mounting brackets; optional 1-1/4" brackets are available

Questions
I see you are saying motor has to be removed before hoisting on this davits? Can you explain why? My motor and dinghy would be below the top and are total much less than weight rating of Davits.

DO NOT LEAVE ENGINES ON DINGHIES HOISTED ON DAVITS. THIS WEIGHT OVERLOADS
ONE ARM AND CAN LEAD TO FAILURE OF DAVIT ARM AND/OR STERN RAILS. REMOVE THE
ENGINE BEFORE HOISTING DINGHY.

Can this davits accomodate a solar panel frame On top?
Yes I have 3 100w panels mounted. Must take dingy motor off before raising though.

What is the rated lifting capacity on the option 1.25 inches?
I believe it is 300lb per davit
