This FireBoy 3/8" Solenoid Valve opens the flow of propane when powered and automatically closes with low or no current for added safety. It is for use with the FireBoy C-1 Gas Controllers and FireBoy S-A and S-2A Propane Detectors.

Failed after 2 weeks, on two different units.
After about 2 weeks the propane flow was greatly reduced to be almost unusable. Checked voltage under load and it was fine. So I got another one. Exact same thing happened to the new one! I am assuming quality control has gone down, since my previous solenoid by Fireboy worked for years. I am switching to a Trident model now.
