Epifanes is awesome to apply and has great UV protection. This product combined with EasyFlow goes on like creamy honey. Holds up well, but needs an annual coat to maintain.

Nothing Else like it
I treat my mahogany porches with this product. All other products last a few months in the direct sun. Epifanes lasts for years.
