Egis Mobile Electric TDR Series Dual Output Time Delay Relay - 7616
Item: #1990340 | Part Number: 7616$159.99
Description
The Egis Mobile Electric TDR Series Dual Output Time Delay Relay 7616 helps protect your battery by delaying power shutoff to added loads after engine stop. With adjustable delay, dual high-current outputs, and ultra-low off-state draw, it prevents dead batteries while simplifying control of keep-alive and accessory circuits.
Egis Mobile Electric TDR Series Dual Output Time Delay Relay - 7616 Item # 1990340
Description
This 12V dual-time relay can prevent dead batteries due to added equipment loads on after-engine stops or from multiple systems connected to a battery with an independent keep-alive power draw, maximizing operational readiness.
Features:
- Accessible after installation, for programming time delay and determining active features. Protected by self-retained cover
- 100% Non-ferrous corrosion-resistant materials. All attachment screws and nuts are self-locking
- Rapid and 100% correct assembly via Molex MX-150 connector eliminates poor field connections
- The mating plugs with 2" of the ground and ignition wire included. Optional harnesses with additional outputs and alternate wire lengths are available
- Optional EasyLink bus bars reduce the space and cost of connecting TDRs with CT or RT series Fuse Blocks
- Indicates a pending relay OFF event due to under/over voltage or external off trigger. Output on/off status is also provided
- Eliminates vehicle downtime due to dead batteries; the lowest off-state current draw (1.3 mA) is available
- Simple and robust Installation - Sealed plug with optional long wire leads; Single device replaces multiple control units and high-amp replays reduce installation time, costs, and points of potential failure
- Additional low-amp output can be used to maintain 24-hour memory circuits or to direct other equipment to shut down
- Bullet-proof construction - Sealed unit and high-temperature materials allow mounting anywhere on the vehicle; Integrated thermal overload protection as well
- Meets stringent OEM standards for electrical transient self-protection
- Adjustable OFF Time Delay - 0 seconds to 4 hours
- Kill Switch control input option for ensuring loads are not inadvertently on, maintenance/servicing of vehicles, and emergency OFF
- Flexible control options via ignition key, alternator voltage sense, or both
