Edson Clutch and Throttle Engine Control Side Shift - 816ST-45

Edson Pedestal Mount Engine Controls use rugged stainless and marine grade aluminum components with minimum-maintenance oil less bearings to provide easy and convenient remote control of the engine.

Features:

• Controls mount easily to the top of an Edson pedestal (see Applications below)
• Cables are led neatly inside the pedestal column
  • Edson engine controls are not provided with engine control cables
• All models feature the clutch and throttle handles protected between the steering wheel and pedestal guard
• Edson engine controls use rugged stainless and marine grade aluminum components with minimum-maintenance oil less bearings
• Pre-drilled to easily adapt to all Edson pedestals
• Applications: Edson 334, 335, 336 and 337 Pedestals with 6-7/8" diameter top
  • Designed for transmissions that go into reverse when the cable is extended at the pedestal end
    • All Edson dual-lever engine controls are designed for use only with those transmissions having detents to locate and hold the transmission in gear
  • Good for harder to shift transmissions
  • Only for transmissions that specify 33 Series (Edson #734) Control Cables
• Clutch handle is 6" (152 mm) long
  • Easily operated up and down by reaching over the wheel
  • A clutch travel limiter is standard
• Throttle Handle is polished stainless steel
  • Clearly marked for "Fast" and "Slow" speeds
  • A throttle friction adjustment screw is standard
