Great Stowable Ladder for Tender
This ladder is compact when folded for stowing compared with my previous fixed ladder that hooked over the tubes. it is long enough that boarding the inflatable is easy to do after swimming or snorkeling.

Doesn't stay in place
The ladder rotates under the RIB when stepped on. The only way to get it to work is for someone on the boat to hold the rope and counter the weight of the user.

Does it come with the rope and carabiner pictured?
Yes, the ladder is supplied with the orange rope from the Mfg., but it does NOT include the carabiner that is shown in the picture.
