Can this be used as a "wear" strip at the bottom of the tube to reduce shore sand abrasion when pulling the dinghy onto the shore?
Yes it can, Be sure to use a 2-part PVC adhesive for the best results, and make sure the bottom of the tube is properly cleaned and prepped prior to apply the material.
